- 13 July to 8 September - BBC last night of the Proms

Ives September Festival - A wide variety of music, arts,
talks, cinema, writing and poetry at venues across St Ives, including
many free events in pubs and cafes around town.

Festival the capitals largest free, open-air arts
festival with high-profile, cutting-edge arts events for unique
environments on and around the river. It also showcases the best in
street arts, with pyrotechnics, illuminations, art installations,
river events, street theatre, massed choirs, circus and music. Tens of
thousands dance in the streets at the festival's climactic event, a
spectacular Night Carnival that's a vivid mixture of masquerade,
dance, music and fantastic costumes.

delights for all Jane Austen and Regency fans.
